Dr. Marcia Griffiths, Ph.D. is a visionary leader, entrepreneur, and change agent with over 20 years of experience driving transformation across education, workforce development, and organizational leadership. Her work spans every level of education, from early childhood through graduate studies, alongside global consulting engagements with public and private sector organizations.

As the founder of Griffiths Prince & Associates , Dr. Griffiths has built a multidisciplinary firm dedicated to helping educational institutions, government agencies, and businesses leverage data, strategy, and innovation to improve outcomes. What began as a collaborative initiative for educators has evolved into an international consultancy supporting large-scale system change.

Dr. Griffiths’ impact extends to more than 20,000 classrooms worldwide, influencing learning experiences for over one million students. Her work addresses complex, high-stakes challenges in education and workforce systems, helping organizations unlock talent potential and drive sustainable improvement.

She holds a BS in Criminal Justice, a master’s degree in Education with Special Education endorsements, and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership. A published author and sought-after speaker, Dr. Griffiths has contributed to panels on governance, school finance, and leadership, and is widely recognized as a leading voice in education and organizational transformation.

Dr. M. D. Williams is a seasoned leader with a strong background in military service and executive leadership. Honorably discharged from both the U.S. Army and U.S. Navy, he brings discipline, resilience, and a mission-driven mindset to every engagement.

With extensive experience as a Subject-Matter Guide and Project and Program Leader, Dr. Williams has successfully led complex initiatives, supported leadership development, and guided organizations toward strategic goals. His expertise spans workforce development, project management, operational leadership, insurance, and human resources.

Dr. Williams combines military precision with corporate insight, contributing thoughtful leadership, practical solutions, and a consistent focus on performance, accountability, and results.

Claudius (Lati) Thomas is a highly experienced technology leader with over 35 years of expertise in software project management, development, and requirements analysis. He holds a Master of Science in Computing and Information Systems from the University of Greenwich, providing a strong foundation in technical strategy and solution design.

As the founder of Pandacea, a cloud-based platform supporting digital transformation and automation for small and medium-sized businesses, Claudius has demonstrated a deep commitment to innovation and scalable technology solutions. His work helps organizations improve efficiency and adapt to evolving digital demands.

In addition to his entrepreneurial leadership, Claudius serves as a board member and committee chair at WEtech Alliance, supporting startups and strengthening the regional innovation ecosystem. He is also an active mentor, speaker, and community leader, guiding future tech talent and promoting diversity through his leadership of the Windsor Chapter of Black Boys Code.

Siah A. Prince, BA is a communications and digital content specialist responsible for shaping Griffiths Prince & Associates voice across all online platforms. A graduate of Howard University, Siah brings a strong foundation in strategic messaging, content development, and brand alignment.

Siah oversees website content, including writing, editing, and quality assurance, while collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure consistency and standards during site updates and new developments. In addition, Siah leads digital outreach efforts through curated promotions, targeted email newsletters, and engaging online campaigns.

Through a thoughtful and audience-focused approach, Siah strengthens Griffiths Prince & Associate’s digital presence, ensuring clear, impactful communication that supports the organization’s mission and brand identity.
