Initially conceived to inspire collaborative efforts among teachers for innovative classroom solutions, the consulting firm has evolved into a multifaceted entity that extends support to educational institutions, governmental entities, IT firms, and educational leaders worldwide.

I have over 35 years of experience in software project management, software development, and requirements analysis. I hold a Master of Science in Computing and Information Systems from the University of Greenwich.
I am passionate about product and solution innovation and have successfully launched and grown Pandacea. This cloud-based platform enables digital transformation and automation for small and medium-sized businesses. I am also a board member and a committee chair at WEtech Alliance, a regional innovation center that helps tech startups and entrepreneurs grow their tech businesses. Additionally, I am a mentor and a public speaker, and I lead the Windsor Chapter of Black Boys Code, a nonprofit organization that empowers young Black youth to learn and excel in STEM fields.
Siah A. Prince, BA
A distinguished graduate of Howard University, I assume the pivotal role of shaping the organizational voice across all facets of our online presence. Beyond the responsibilities of writing, editing, and proofreading site content, my role extends to close collaboration with the technical team. Together, we uphold site standards amidst new developments, curate site promotions, craft engaging email newsletters, and orchestrate impactful online outreach campaigns.
Vivian Palmer, MA
Ms. Palmer holds a MA in Educational Technology. Ms. Palmer's experiences include Executive Director of Accountability, Assessment, and Technology aligning accountability and technological systems to meet regulatory guidelines at both state and federal levels. In addition, she monitored the district’s data systems infrastructure and offered guidance to better connect staff, administrators, and students with the data and information required for a comprehensive education.
